Dear Creator,

Thank you for offering to create for me. Your taste is excellent, and you would also be doing these small and lovely fandoms a great service by creating for them. I promise that I'm easy to please, and am certain I will be delighted with whatever you devise!

Here's some further information if you think it might be helpful, and possible directions you may want to take your story in, should you find yourself in need of inspiration. If this additional detail is not for you, please feel free to skip it in its entirety.

Request 1
Fandom: Buffy the Vampire Slayer (TV)
Rating: Any
Art/Fic: Either
Pairings: Giles/Angel, Giles/Angel/Spike, Angel/Spike/Buffy

DNWs: Character Death, Character/Ship Bashing, Dark versions of Buffy or Giles, non Canon-era AUs, Identity Headcanons, Sex Changes, Torture Porn. Feel free to age Buffy up, though I would have no issues with underage in this particular instance.

Prompts: BtVS (TV) is about a young woman, the latest in a line of Slayers, who is chosen by fate to battle against vampires, demons and other forces of darkness. It stars the luminous Sarah Michelle Gellar, Bones' David Boreanaz in his breakout role, and delicious, rumpled Anthony Stewart Head as Giles, the Slayer's world-weary Watcher.

The fandom's pairings span an alluring mix of comrades-in-arms and enemies forced to work together; the pairings I've selected are Giles- and Angel-centric - I'm very keen to see either man, or both, who are so usually restrained and buttoned-up, compelled by biology to cut loose. I would love to see Giles getting pollened by a spell gone wrong, and Angel having to come to his rescue (both of them would almost rather die, but Buffy needs her Watcher in one piece, and so Angel would definitely wearily decide that it's his duty to tackle the poor chap's sex pollened state). Perhaps they swap bodies, and have to swap fluids in order to swap back?

If you were into OT3s, just add Spike and you would have double the trouble for poor Giles, or swap Giles out for Buffy, and you would have the original, ultra-competitive threesome in battle as well as in bed. Sex pollen and bodyswap for any or all of them would be explosive indeed, though I’d be as delighted by fluff or bittersweetness or all of these things at once.

Fandom: Enemy at the Door (TV)
Rating: Any
Art/Fic: Either
Pairings: Richter/Martel, Richter/Reinicke, Richter/Anna, Richter/von Wittke, Reinicke/von Bulow, Clive/Reinicke

DNWs: Character Death, Underage, Character/Ship Bashing, Dark versions of characters who aren't dark in canon (e.g. Dark Richter) non Canon-era AUs, Identity Headcanons, Sex Changes, Torture Porn

Prompts: Enemy at the Door (TV) is about the German occupation of Guernsey, Channel Islands, during WW2. This show is so great, in terms of setting and historicity, and also its writing; as is the acting, particularly that of the late, great Alfred Burke, Bernard Horsfall, who had various guest starring roles on Dr Who in the 60s and 70s, and BtVS's Anthony Stewart Head, who has his maiden outing here as Clive Martel.

One of my favourite parts of the show is how it has Philip confront Richter with his complicity in war crimes and the terrible regime he is part of, and how Richter pushes back, and how they have managed a reluctant almost-friendship despite themselves. I am very keen to see this happen some more, or to watch them bicker over radio requisitions, or risking their lives/their careers to rescue each other, or sharing a romantic breakfast of ersatz coffee at the Kommandantur or the Hotel Normandie. (Please deal with Anna and Olive respectfully in the manner you think best -- perhaps Olive is all for her husband's uncomfortable closeness with the Kommandant, or perhaps she's decided to pack it in and leave Philip for That Nice Doctor Forbes.)

I would also love to see Richter's not-so-domestic happiness (or lack thereof) with his translator wife Anna, who was canonically imprisoned in the show for making fun of Hitler, or see him have a romantic moment with General-Major Von Wittke, who comes to visit Guernsey on a secret mission to depose Hitler. Or see him forced to share a romantic moment with Hauptsturmfuhrer Reinicke - - perhaps via sex pollen, or perhaps they swap bodies and have to swap fluids in order to swap back?

Similarly, I would like to see Clive Martel give young Reinicke a lesson or two in the evils of his regime, and how enemies might be forced to become lovers while working together. Perhaps they, too, have to overcome sex pollen or a bodyswap? Or von Bulow decides to lesson Reinicke in his own way, and Reinicke manages to turn the tables.

Fandom: Midsummer Night's Dream - Shakespeare
Rating: Any
Art/Fic: Either
Pairings: Hippolyta/Theseus, Oberon/Bottom, Oberon/Titania

DNWs: Character Death, Underage, Character/Ship Bashing, Dark Oberon or Dark Theseus, non Canon-era AUs, Identity Headcanons, Sex Changes, Torture Porn. Absolutely no misogyny or Titania/Bottom.

Prompts: Midsummer Night's Dream is, of course, Shakespeare's famous play about feuding fairy King and Queen of the forest, who cross paths with four runaway lovers and a troupe of actors trying to rehearse a play, all connected by a celebration of the wedding of Duke Theseus of Athens and the Amazon queen, Hippolyta.

In 2020, the National Theatre staged a stunning version of the classic, directed by Nicholas Hynter, starring Gwendoline Christie (as Hippolyta and Titania), Oliver Chris (as Theseus and Oberon), and Hammed Animashaun as Bottom. It's hard to describe how much I adored this psychedelic, gorgeous retelling, which has Oberon and not Titania falling in love with Bottom, and played not just for laughs but with genuine sweetness and gentleness.

Certainly I ship it, all of it; if ever was there a canon made for sex pollen and bodyswaps and enemies to lovers, this is the one. Perhaps Oberon and Theseus are the ones pollened, or they swap bodies, or the queens do? I would welcome Oberon/Hippolyta and Theseus/Titania, as well. Or perhaps proud Oberon swaps with Bottom, and learns even more about love. I’d be delighted by fluff or bittersweetness, or both these things at once.

Fandom: Public Eye (TV)
Rating: Any
Art/Fic: Either
Pairings: Frank/Helen, Frank/Percy, Frank/Vyvyan Reveldale

DNWs: Character Death, Underage, Character/Ship Bashing, Dark Characters, non Canon-era AUs, Identity Headcanons, Sex Changes, Torture Porn

Prompts: Public Eye (TV) is a British TV show that ran for seven seasons, from 1965-1975, and is about a private enquiry agent who did actually realistic private investigative work - - in a far cry from the glamorous life of private detectives in the Magnum P.I. mould who solved cases with their fists and always got their man. The show largely owes its success to its writing, and to its leading man, the incomparable Alfred Burke, who would go on to star as Dieter Richter in Enemy at the Door. Burke was a master at making the ordinary extraordinary; his Marker was a tour de force, a character like no other, an everyman whom the British public took to their hearts.

Frank is a solitary, self-contained, self-isolating character who doesn’t believe he deserves nice things. Please give him some happiness. I mostly want him to find it with his lovely landlady, Helen, the love of his life, whom he leaves because he feels he's not good enough for her. Maybe it happens organically, with him growing weary of the perpetually-broke, physically-demanding life of an enquiry agent? Or it’s triggered by circumstances - - if Helen was in trouble, he’d rush to her side, and once he’s there he might fall under her spell again and decide to stay. And of course there's always sex pollen or bodyswaps.

Alternatively, you could get Frank together with his BFF Detective Inspector Percy Firbank, who ordinarily ships Frank with Helen, but who might be persuaded by a good thump on the head or sex pollen to try to alleviate Frank's loneliness instead. Perhaps they bodyswap! Or Frank has one night with gorgeous college student Vyvyan Reveldale, who canonically in Season 6 Episode 8's The Golden Boy, took a very drunken Frank home and undressed him and spent the night, making breakfast for him the next day (and romantically quoting Schiller to him: Freedom is only in the kingdom of dreams).

Thank you again for creating for me; I hope you will enjoy the exchange!
